Bar Back / Event Support Staff - The Wandering Pour We're looking for energetic and reliable team members to join The Wandering Pour as part of our event support staff. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment, exudes a hospitality first mindset, takes pride in providing excellent service, and is excited to be part of creating unforgettable events across Massachusetts and Rhode Island. Compensation & Schedule $20 per hour Flexible scheduling with both full shifts and half shifts available Travel to events across Massachusetts and Rhode Island Responsibilities As a bar back and event support team member, you'll play an essential role in keeping service running seamlessly.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting bartenders with event setup, breakdown, and service Restocking ice, garnishes, mixers, and glassware Supporting add-on services including passed cocktails, manage beverage stations and table side wine service Assist with our roaming caviar service Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe bar area throughout the event Assisting with general event support as needed to ensure an exceptional guest experience This is a hands-on, team-oriented position that's vital to our success at every event.
