Educate customers on wireless devices, service plans, pricing options, and promotional offers to help them make informed decisions. Maintain accurate customer records, process activations, upgrades, and transactions with efficiency and attention to detail. Resolve customer issues promptly while ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty. Collaborate with team members and leadership to enhance customer service processes and daily operations. Communicate with customers through multiple channels, including phone, email, digital platforms, and in-person interactions. Gather and review customer feedback to improve overall service quality and experience. Contribute to company growth by building strong customer relationships and supporting team objectives. In addition, our client enrollment assistants often work closely with the marketing team to align promotions, campaigns, and customer outreach. Qualifications for a client enrollment assistant: We are looking for individuals who have: A high school diploma or GED is required; additional education or training is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude with strong customer service abilities. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer and data entry skills. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales is preferred but not required.
