Responsibilities:
Coordinate all aspects of event planning from concept to completion. Communicate with clients, vendors, venues, and event staff. Manage event timelines Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown. Ensure guests and clients have an exceptional experience. Assist with event marketing, promotions, and social media when needed.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and project management skills. Excellent communication and customer service abilities. Ability to manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously. Problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Experience in event planning, hospitality, marketing, or a related field preferred. Flexible schedule, including occasional evenings and weekends. Proficiency in Canva , email management , and Microsoft Excel .
