This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns for concerts, themed events, weekly entertainment, food & beverage promotions, and venue initiatives while maintaining the Off The Rails brand across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate is passionate about live entertainment, social media, event marketing, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. ResponsibilitiesEvent Marketing Develop and execute marketing campaigns for concerts, festivals, comedy shows, nightlife events, and recurring programming. Create marketing timelines from event announcement through show day. Coordinate artist announcements, ticket on-sales, presales, and promotional campaigns. Assist in increasing ticket sales through targeted digital marketing strategies. Digital Marketing Manage social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X. Create engaging graphics, videos, captions, and promotional content. Schedule and publish daily social media content. Monitor engagement and interact with followers. Email & SMS Marketing Build and send email marketing campaigns. Create compelling subject lines and promotional copy. Segment audiences to maximize engagement and ticket conversions. Assist with SMS/text marketing campaigns. Paid Advertising Create and manage Meta advertising campaigns. Monitor advertising budgets and optimize campaigns for performance. Analyze campaign metrics including reach, engagement, click-through rate, and ticket conversions. Coordinate additional advertising through platforms such as Bandsintown, Google, and local media. Sponsorship & Partnerships Assist in developing marketing sponsorship opportunities. Coordinate sponsor activations and promotional deliverables. Maintain relationships with local businesses and community partners. Help execute branded experiences and giveaways. Content Creation Capture photos and videos during events. Produce short-form video content for social media. Coordinate with photographers, videographers, artists, and influencers. Maintain a consistent visual brand across all marketing materials. Website & Ticketing Update event listings and promotional content. Coordinate ticketing information, event descriptions, and FAQs. Ensure all marketing materials remain accurate and current. Analytics & Reporting Track marketing performance and ticket sales. Prepare reports highlighting campaign effectiveness. Recommend improvements based on marketing data and audience insights. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business, or related field (preferred). 1-3 years of marketing, event, or social media experience. Strong writing and communication skills. Experience with Meta Business Suite and social media platforms. Familiarity with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software. Basic understanding of paid digital advertising. Highly organized with excellent time management skills. Ability to multitask and work nights and weekends during events. Passion for live music, entertainment, hospitality, and nightlife. Preferred Skills Photography and videography experience. Video editing for social media. Email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, Constant Contact, etc.). Ticketing platforms such as TicketWeb, Eventbrite, or similar. Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager experience.
