Sales Commission BDC Representative Responsibilities:

Demonstrate proficiency with all aspects of inbound, outbound, and chat appointment scheduling across various dealership clients and using multiple scheduling platforms and client-provided guidelines. Develop a specialization in one or more key client accounts to deliver elite customer service that exceeds client expectations Conduct business-to-business sales cold calls to various dealership in order to schedule demonstrations of Call Control's services. Understand Call Control's Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to consistently meet and exceed all required metrics and quotas necessary to achieve company productivity standards Assist with maintenance of internal customer database and keeping contact information up to date Participate in team meetings, trainings, and 1 on 1 sessions to be coached, monitored, and supported by Call Control leadership Maintain reliable transportation to and from work Follow all safety regulations and procedures Follow all in-house code of conduct rules, including dress code Assist training team with shadowing and role playing as needed
