Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator supports the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing initiatives that promote the organization's programs, services, and brand. This role works closely with internal teams and external vendors to support campaign implementation, manage project timelines, and ensure marketing activities are delivered on schedule and aligned with organizational goals. The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in maintaining marketing systems, coordinating content updates, and supporting communications across multiple channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The following are the functions essential to performing this job: Marketing Coordination and Campaign Support Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, and email channels. Coordinate marketing projects by managing timelines, tracking deliverables in the project management software. Collaborate with internal departments to gather information, develop marketing materials, and support promotional initiatives. Maintain marketing calendars and assist in scheduling campaigns, events, and communications. Support the development and distribution of marketing and promotional materials. Website and Digital Marketing Support Support email marketing efforts, including list management, campaign setup, and reporting. Assist in tracking website analytics and campaign performance metrics to inform marketing decisions. Upload and schedule social media posts. Project Management and Vendor Coordination Work with external vendors and partners to manage timelines, deliverables, and implementation tasks. Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure milestones are met. Content and Communication Support Assist with proofing marketing content for web pages, emails, newsletters, and promotional materials. Support internal communications related to marketing initiatives. Administrative and Reporting Support Maintain organized records of marketing projects, assets, and campaign results. Assist with reporting on marketing activities and performance metrics. Provide general administrative support for the marketing team as needed. Prepares agendas and meeting summaries, distributes and posts in project management software. Maintains digital file maintenance. Handles procurement-related activities in PeopleSoft for purchase orders, budget transfers and other budget related needs. Required Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred. 0-2 years of experience in marketing, communications, or a related role. Strong organizational and project coordination skills. Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a collaborative environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and marketing collaboration tools. Basic understanding of digital marketing analytics and reporting. Desired Qualifications Experience working with content management systems, email marketing platforms, and digital marketing tools is preferred. Experience with project management software such as Asana, Monday.com or Wrike. Familiarity with social media management tools such as Hootsuite or Sprout Social.
