Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Social Media and Marketing Coordinator/Dental Receptionist to join our vibrant dental practice. This dual role combines the essential duties of managing our social media presence and marketing initiatives with providing exceptional front-desk patient care. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a passion for digital marketing, branding, and building strong patient relationships. Your enthusiasm will help elevate our practice's visibility while delivering a welcoming experience to every patient who walks through our doors. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage engaging social media campaigns across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, utilizing tools like Hootsuite and Buffer for scheduling and analytics. Create compelling content including graphics, videos, and photography using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to promote practice services and community involvement. Conduct social listening to monitor online conversations about the practice and industry trends, responding promptly to comments or inquiries to foster positive engagement. Optimize website content with SEO strategies including keyword research and web analytics via Google Analytics to improve search engine rankings and increase online visibility. Manage digital advertising campaigns such as Facebook Advertising to attract new patients and promote special offers or events.
Handle front-desk responsibilities with professionalism:
greeting patients, scheduling appointments, verifying insurance information, and managing patient records efficiently. Build strong relationships with patients through excellent communication skills, ensuring their experience is smooth from check-in to check-out while maintaining confidentiality. Assist in public relations efforts by coordinating community outreach events or health fairs that enhance the practice's local presence. Support branding initiatives by maintaining consistent messaging across all marketing channels and updating promotional materials as needed. Skills Proficiency in social media management tools; experience with Facebook Advertising is highly desirable. Strong graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite for content creation. Knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing strategies. Ability to produce high-quality photography and video editing for engaging social media content. Excellent proofreading skills to ensure accuracy in all written materials. Experience in public relations, relationship management, and branding efforts within a healthcare or service-oriented environment. Familiarity with social listening tools and techniques to monitor online reputation effectively. Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail in both marketing tasks and front-office duties. Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
