About us: Kubik has created countless tradeshow exhibits and experiential events. Explore our experiential events and tradeshow case studies for examples of projects from various brands and categories including auto shows, mobile events, brand activations, conferences, digital and interactive components, product launches, sponsorship activations, and more.

Our Account Coordinators are an integral part of our Client Services team. They take active ownership and accountability of a portfolio, building strong relationships with our clients. They think smart, work hard and excel in a fast paced environment. They assist with day-to-day support of a client portfolio in partnership with a great team. We're growing! A typical day:
You'll be wearing a variety of hats so you need to be flexible and adaptable. Coordinating multiple projects and activities while adhering to timelines. Working closely with internal teams following up on new requests and outstanding items. Updating documentation. Attending meetings to provide updates and learn about new projects and activities. Delivering great service to our clients.
About you:
Post-secondary education, preferably in business, marketing, communications or related field. 2+ years of administrative experience. Organized with strong attention to detail. Able to prioritize, handle multiple tasks and work well with deadlines. Great communication skills. Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
