Overview We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media and Marketing Coordinator to join our team in this newly created position. This role is essential in developing and executing innovative marketing strategies across various digital platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and growth. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of social media management, digital marketing tools, and content creation, with a passion for storytelling and brand development. This position offers an exciting opportunity to shape our online presence and connect with diverse audiences through compelling campaigns and engaging content. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and others to increase brand awareness and engagement. Create high-quality visual content including graphics, photography, and videos. Manage social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and customer feedback for insights that inform marketing initiatives. Utilize social media management tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, track analytics, and optimize content performance. Conduct keyword research and SEO strategies to improve organic reach and search engine rankings. Plan and execute paid advertising campaigns on Facebook Advertising and other digital platforms to maximize reach and ROI. Analyze web analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to assess campaign effectiveness and identify opportunities for growth. Collaborate with the public relations team to maintain positive media relations and manage branding efforts across digital channels. Engage with followers through relationship management tactics to foster community loyalty and customer retention. Proofread all content for accuracy, consistency, and alignment with branding guidelines before publication. Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating social media campaigns with online sales channels to drive conversions. Skills Proficiency in photo and video editing software. Experience with social media management platforms. Strong knowledge of SEO best practices, keyword research, web analytics (Google Analytics), and social listening tools. Expertise in social media marketing strategies including Facebook Advertising, content creation, branding, and relationship management. Ability to craft engaging visual content through graphic design principles; photography skills are a plus. Excellent written communication skills with an eye for proofreading; ability to develop compelling narratives for diverse audiences. Familiarity with digital marketing channels including email marketing, web analytics, public relations tactics, and e-commerce integration. Knowledge of social media management best practices along with experience in video editing for promotional content. This role is ideal for a proactive individual passionate about digital marketing trends who thrives in a fast-paced environment dedicated to innovative brand storytelling through social media platforms.
Pay:
