In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients, driving new business opportunities through outbound sales efforts and building strong customer relationships. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and ability to manage a robust sales pipeline will be key to your success. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment, supporting high-end sales and dealership operations while contributing to the overall growth of our organization. Paid training and ongoing support ensure you are equipped to excel from day one. Duties Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business leads. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by identifying prospects, qualifying leads, and nurturing customer relationships. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client needs and presenting tailored automotive financing options and upselling opportunities. Manage customer interactions with professionalism using phone etiquette and client communication skills to enhance customer satisfaction. Support the sales team with inventory management, CRM software updates, and tracking sales activities to ensure accurate record-keeping. Conduct product presentations and public speaking engagements to promote automotive products and services at dealership events or marketing initiatives. Close deals efficiently by applying retail math, organizational skills, and automotive industry sales experience to meet or exceed sales targets. Experience Proven experience in outside sales, B2B (business-to-business) sales, or retail sales within the automotive industry is highly preferred. Demonstrated success in deal closing, upselling, and achieving sales targets in high-end or passenger car markets. Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities—bilingual or multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply. Experience with automotive financing options, inventory control, CRM systems (technically supported), and dealership operations is a plus. Prior sales management experience or team management skills are advantageous for those interested in leadership roles. Familiarity with outbound sales strategies such as cold calling and marketing campaigns enhances effectiveness in this role. Organizational skills paired with retail math knowledge are essential for managing multiple client accounts efficiently.
