Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Coordinator to join our dealership sales team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, helping to drive sales by generating and nurturing leads, setting appointments, and supporting the sales process. Your work will be essential to creating a positive first impression of our dealership and ensuring a seamless customer experience.Key Responsibilities:
Respond to inbound internet, phone, and chat inquiries from prospective customers. Follow up on leads to schedule sales appointments and encourage showroom visits. Maintain communication with potential customers via phone, email, and text. Utilize the CRM system to manage and track customer interactions and appointments. Support the sales team by preparing customer information and ensuring follow-up. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies. Assist in developing and improving lead conversion processes. Maintain a positive, professional attitude with a customer-first mindset.Qualifications:
Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a similar role is preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and time management abilities. Comfortable working with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite. Energetic, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Automotive dealership experience is a plus but not required.What We Offer:
