Job Description

Purpose The Marketing Coordinator's primary function includes but is not limited to, developing compelling communication documents and marketing materials that engage clients, business partners, suppliers, and industry associations. To assist in the development and management of industry, product, and project documentation, and managing participation in tradeshows and industry events. The candidate will work closely with the Senior Director of Business Development (Natur-Tec) and Marketing Manager (NTIC). The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism, positive attitude, and excellent communication skills while working in a team environment. Role and Responsibilities
  • Manage marketing collateral (brochures, product sheets, signs, tradeshow, etc.) including the review and update recommendations, document control, and manage on-hand inventory
  • Proactively manage deliverables/work products to meet team goals
  • Support sales initiatives and provide marketing support as required. This includes supporting Natur-Tec VP, Sr. DoBD, Sales Brokers, distributors, and NTIC Marketing Manager
Trade Show/Conference Support:
manage all aspects of trade show participation, including, but not limited to sign up process, tracking sheet, samples, exhibit materials, and logistics
  • Update and maintain legislative marketing documents
  • Manage SEO and digital marketing footprint
  • Manage social media accounts (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) including web content development for all platforms
  • Competitor and market analysis and assessment
  • Review and update all Natur-Tec websites as required
  • Visual aids: Capture Natur-Tec product application pictures/videos to be used in case studies, marketing, etc. Manage development of animation, product/training videos
  • Learn industry and product knowledge for new products and to support commercialization launch efforts Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • Knowledge and capability to develop marketing and communication materials (brochures, website updates, articles for magazines, videos, presentations etc.)
  • Ability to organize and coordinate trade shows
  • Ability to multi-task and adjust to changes in project priorities
  • Good organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro)
  • Bachelor's degree is required (degree in communications is a plus) Preferred Skills
  • Understanding of marketing and project management
  • Experience with technical writing is a significant plus
  • Self-starter with minimal management oversight Effective planning and prioritization skills Photography/videography & video-editing skills a plus Energetic attitude ISO Every employee is expected to support the NTIC Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with our Quality System Manual and Quality Control Procedures.
This position is responsible to set, follow and maintain the QMS and related Quality Control Procedures. This position also has change authority over their processes.

$50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
