We pride ourselves in providing high quality mechanical, electrical, lighting, fire protections, security, technology systems and energy management solutions for clients, as well as unprecedented commissioning to facilitate efficient operations of systems. MCE is seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our sales, marketing, and business development efforts. In this role, you will help produce high-quality proposals, marketing collateral, digital content, and branded communications that showcase our expertise and strengthen client relationships. The ideal candidate is a strong storyteller with graphic design skills who enjoys transforming technical information into compelling content and thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. What You'll Do Proposals & Pursuits Coordinate and produce proposals, SOQs, and pursuit materials from kickoff through submission. Gather technical input, prepare layouts, manage schedules, and produce final deliverables. Maintain resumes, project sheets, organizational charts, and proposal templates. Coordinate content with principals and technical staff. Track opportunities through RFP/RFQ portals and maintain CRM records Branding & Communications Prepare branded reports, technical presentations, capability statements, and marketing materials. Design social media templates and promotional materials for events, sponsorships, and trade shows. Prepare award submissions and recognition materials. Digital Marketing Maintain and update the company website and social media channels. Develop and execute approved social media content. Create email campaigns, e-blasts, and digital advertising content. Business Development Support Conduct market and client research. Coordinate event registrations, logistics, promotional items, and post-event follow-up. Support trade shows, CEU programs, and client engagement events.
Requirements:
What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred. Minimum of five years of experience in marketing, graphic design, communications, or public relations. Working knowledge of B2B marketing within the A/E/C industry preferred. Strong writing, graphic design, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with proposal development and RFP/RFQ responses strongly preferred. Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms; Salesforce preferred. Design your career and future with MCE! Salary Range:
