Job Description
Position Overview ProLife Across America is seeking a detail-oriented, creative, and organized Marketing & Media Coordinator to support our marketing and advertising efforts. This position will manage our social media presence and assist with the coordination of billboard campaigns, digital advertising, media buys, and day-to-day marketing projects. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys working in a fast-paced nonprofit environment, can manage multiple projects and deadlines, has strong attention to detail, and is passionate about advancing the mission of ProLife Across America. The Marketing & Media Coordinator will work closely with the President and Marketing team to help execute marketing campaigns, coordinate media placements, maintain accurate records, and ensure projects are completed on time and according to plan. Key Responsibilities 1. Social Media & Digital Content Manage and maintain ProLife Across America's social media presence. Schedule and publish approved content across social media platforms. Develop and organize social media content and content calendars. Monitor social media engagement and provide regular updates and reports. Gather photos, graphics, videos, and other content for communications. Help ensure messaging and branding are consistent across digital platforms. 2. Media & Advertising Coordination Assist the Marketing team with planning and coordinating digital advertising campaigns. Help research advertising opportunities, media outlets, and potential audiences. Assist with digital media buys and coordinate campaign details with advertising vendors and platforms. Track advertising schedules, budgets, impressions, CPMs, and campaign performance. Help gather and organize campaign reports and performance data. Communicate with media vendors and follow up on campaign details, deadlines, and deliverables. Partner with Graphic Designer to coordinate creative materials to ensure advertisements are delivered on time. 3. Billboard Campaign Support Log and organize billboard contracts and campaign information to maintain accurate records of billboard locations, campaign dates, costs, and other relevant information. Assist with coordinating billboard campaigns and communicating with outdoor advertising companies. Assist with tracking billboard availability, campaign schedules, and contract deadlines. Maintain organized files and spreadsheets related to billboard advertising. Assist with gathering billboard photos and campaign documentation. 4. Marketing Support Assist with coordinating marketing projects, campaigns, and special initiatives. Help maintain marketing calendars, project timelines, and deadlines. Assist Communications Specialist with proofreading and reviewing marketing materials for accuracy and consistency. Research trends, marketing opportunities, and audience engagement strategies.
