Rate:
$15.35 hourly, not to exceed 28 hours weekly Join our dynamic team as an E-Sports Attendant and be a vital part of creating an engaging and enjoyable gaming environment for our community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a vibrant recreational setting, supporting both casual gamers and competitive e-sports enthusiasts. Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with a friendly and approachable attitude Provide information about the facility, upcoming events, and available services Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience Set up and maintain gaming stations and equipment, ensuring all hardware and software are in optimal condition Conduct routine checks to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues Assist customers with technical support and troubleshooting during gaming sessions Support the organization and execution of e-sports events, tournaments, and competitions Help coordinate event logistics, including registration, equipment setup, and participant management Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operation of all events and activities Maintain cleanliness and organization of gaming areas and equipment Monitor and report equipment malfunctions or maintenance needs Organize and tidy up gaming areas Promote and sell concession items, snacks, and beverages Handle transactions and provide customer service in the concession area Assist customers in creating gamer profiles Verify residency for discounts and event participation
Skills and Qualifications:
Ability to troubleshoot common technical issues Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Previous experience in event support or customer service is a plus Ability to work well in a team environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently We foster a vibrant, inclusive culture that values innovation, teamwork, and growth. Requirements:
Must be at least 17 years of age Passionate about E-sports and knowledgeable about the gaming industry Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Basic technical knowledge of gaming equipment and software Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach
