Kalispell, MT Job Details Full-time $52,000 - $72,000 a year 6 days ago Qualifications Class D Data-driven problem-solving Community relationship building Full Job Description Position Purpose As the Community Marketing Coordinator for Immanuel Living, you will support the execution of Immanuel Living's marketing, communications, lead generation systems, and community engagement efforts. This position will play a vital role in our efforts to promote our community, engage with current and potential residents, and ensure the success of our marketing initiatives. You will be responsible for providing operational and creative support to ensure campaigns, systems, and outreach initiatives are executed efficiently and effectively through a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to social media management, content creation, digital advertising, and administrative support. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in marketing, public relations, journalism, social sciences, or related field preferred At least 1-2 years in marketing/sales in senior living setting preferred Previous experience in marketing, social media management, or content creation, communications, business, or hospitality is preferred. Strong organizational, writing, communication and project management skills Experience with digital marketing platforms, email systems, social media, and content coordination. CRM/software proficiency Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Creativity and a passion for creating engaging marketing content. Possess strong project coordination and project management skills Ability to multitask, prioritize and meets deadlines in timely manner Highly creative and innovative Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva is a plus Experience with marketing automation Experience with email-marketing platforms, managing Google Business accounts and business intelligence tools is a plus. Aptitude for market research, analysis and campaign evaluation with the ability to translate quantitative information into creative strategies Knowledge of senior living industry is a plus. Professional Licenses or Certifications Required by Law Driver License Class D (regular license) Essential Physical and Mental Requirements The incumbent must be at least 18 years of age. The incumbent must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously and work under time and/or deadline pressures. Required vision abilities include close up and distance, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Ability to move frequently to all areas of the campus and all areas of buildings, in all weather, at all times of the day.
Job Responsibilities Specific Duties CRM & Marketing Systems Administration:
Manage CRM workflows, automations, reporting, and database hygiene Support touring software, inquiry routing, and lead workflows Troubleshoot systems and recommend process improvements Assist with data entry, record keeping, and administrative tasks as needed. Marketing Execution Coordinate email campaigns, print collateral, direct mail, digital content, and promotional materials Support social media content planning and execution Assist with website updates and content management Coordinate marketing asset creation with internal/external partners Know the procedures followed in lead fulfillment and lead tracking to advance a prospect in the sales process
Social Media Management:
Develop and execute a social media strategy to promote our senior living community. Create engaging and relevant content for various social media platforms. Monitor and respond to online community interactions.
Content Creation:
Write blog posts, newsletters, and other written content to showcase our community and address relevant topics. Create video content to share residents' stories and showcase the lifestyle at our community.
Digital Advertising:
Develop digital ad campaigns to target specific demographics and promote our services. Monitor ad performance and make necessary adjustments to optimize results. Event & Community Engagement Support Coordinate logistics for events, open houses, workshops, and outreach initiatives Assist with vendor communication and event promotion Support community sponsorships and engagement opportunities
Analytics & Reporting:
Track campaign performance, inquiry activity, and engagement metrics Prepare reports and dashboards for leadership review Support data analysis for optimization Training and Development Strive for constant improvement in selling skills through attendance at sales training meetings and through the reading of motivational and sales-oriented materials Remain informed about the local real estate market, the customer profile in your market, competitor communities, industry trends and customer trends Build trust and strong cross functional relationships with the community and operational structures Perform other duties as assigned.

Serve as a role model for the Immanuel Spirit. This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
