What You'll Do as an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant Promote AT&T Fiber through community events, outreach activities, and face-to-face customer interactions. Start conversations with customers, introduce available services, and provide a welcoming and professional experience. Learn about each customer's preferences by asking relevant questions and paying close attention to their responses. Help customers compare AT&T Fiber services by discussing key features, benefits, and available options. Provide helpful answers about services and guide interested customers through enrollment and next-step information. Keep customer records accurate and organized while adhering to company policies and established processes. Coordinate with team members and leadership to help execute successful events and achieve customer engagement and sales goals. What We're Looking For in an Event Marketing & Sales Assistant Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, dependable, and customer-focused approach.
