The team sets up customized mini golf courses for corporate events, festivals, open houses, weddings, birthday parties, and other special occasions. GoPuttsNC focuses on creating memorable, easy-to-host entertainment that fits a wide range of event types and sizes. The company values reliability, great customer service, and a positive attitude while delivering kick-putt experiences across the Raleigh, NC area and beyond. Role Description This is a part-time, hybrid Event Setup role based in Raleigh, NC, with some tasks that can be completed from home. On-site responsibilities include loading, transporting, and setting up mobile mini golf equipment at event locations, ensuring the course is safe, clean, and visually appealing. The role involves coordinating event logistics, following setup timelines, and interacting courteously with clients and guests during events. After events, the team member will break down, pack, and return equipment, maintaining organization and basic inventory records. Remote tasks may include reviewing event details, confirming schedules, and communicating with the team to prepare for upcoming events. Qualifications Ability to safely lift, carry, and set up event equipment; comfort working indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong attention to detail and organization skills for setup, breakdown, and basic equipment tracking. Effective communication and customer service skills for interacting with clients, guests, and team members. Reliable transportation to and from events in the Raleigh, NC area; valid driver's license preferred. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, depending on event schedules. Comfort using phone, email, and basic digital tools to review event information and coordinate logistics from home. Prior event setup, hospitality, or recreational services experience is helpful but not required; willingness to learn and follow safety guidelines is essential.
