Part-Time About the Role Melt Well is seeking warm, pro-active and dependable Part-Time Studio Associates to support daily operations and deliver an exceptional guest experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, is comfortable discussing wellness services and memberships, and values a calm, welcoming environment. Studio Associates are trained on Melt Well's core modalities and are expected to confidently explain infrared sauna, cold plunge, and red light therapy to guests. Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, high-quality experience for all guests Manage front desk operations including check-ins, scheduling, payments, and follow-ups using MindBody or similar systems Maintain thorough studio cleanliness including contrast and sauna suites, laundry, and common areas Perform suite turnover after each guest session: sanitize saunas, showers, and surfaces thoroughly Handle all laundry including washing, drying, folding, and restocking towels and cold compresses Educate guests on Melt Well services, safety guidelines, and memberships Assist with membership and package sales through genuine, pressure-free conversations Support daily studio opening and closing procedures Assist with light social media efforts, including Instagram stories or behind-the-scenes content Assist with inventory of cleaning supplies and communicate restock needs Work efficiently and independently, completing tasks with minimal supervision Adhere to all safety and sanitation standards and protocols Support by attending studio events and community outreach initiatives on occasion Qualifications Customer service experience required; sales experience a plus Interest in wellness and helping others feel their best Comfortable discussing pricing and memberships with guests Willingness to learn and explain wellness modalities Familiarity with Instagram and social media platforms a plus Ability to work evenings and weekends are required Benefits Paid training Free Melt Well contrast therapy membership Friendly, wellness-focused work environment Opportunities for growth Commissions for key sales initiatives
