Role:

WRAL-TV is looking for an ambitious and detail-oriented Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our high-performing sales team. This entry-level position is perfect for someone with a passion for digital marketing, graphic design, and omni-channel advertising. If you're a creative thinker who loves using AI tools, analyzing marketing data, and crafting compelling sales materials, this is the opportunity for you. As a key support person for our sales team, you'll play a vital role in building presentations, generating leads, writing digital content, and creating post-campaign reports that tell the story of how we connect brands with their ideal audience.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Presentations & Decks:

Design visually compelling slide decks for sales meetings and client presentations.

Client &Market Research:

Utilizequalitative and quantitativeplatforms to uncoverclientfirststorytelling thatdirectionally informs campaign creation

Graphic & Content Creation:

Leverage graphic design skills to enhance marketing materials and craft native content for online platforms.

Digital & Omni-Channel Expertise:

Support the team with knowledge of consumer journeys, digital advertising solutions, and how to effectively engage audiences across multiple platforms.

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Use AI-powered tools and other sources to help Account Executivesidentifyhigh-potential prospects and craft personalized, value-based outreach.

AI-Powered Marketing:

Utilizetools to generate marketing copy, sales scripts, and creative campaign ideas.

Native Content Creation:

Work alongside our clients and digital teams to source and write recurring native content articles that live on WRAL.com

Post-Campaign Reporting:

Analyze data from omni-channel campaigns and create storytelling-driven reports that illustrate campaign effectiveness and ROI.

What We're Looking For:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field (or equivalent experience). Strong digital marketing knowledge, including omni-channel advertising and the consumer journey. Proficiencyin PowerPoint, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite for creating polished sales decks and marketing materials. Experience with AI tools for content creation and sales enablement. Familiarity with ZoomInfo or similar platforms for lead generation. Excellent writing skills for crafting native digital content and marketing materials. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign performance and articulate results in a compelling way.
