Job Description

MARKETING COORDINATOR
We are a locally owned and established graphics and sign business, part of large franchise organization. We are looking for a creative, motivated, and organized Marketing Coordinator to help us grow our business and strengthen our presence in the marketplace. This is a hands-on position for someone who enjoys both the creative and analytical sides of marketing. You will work directly with the Owner and Sales Team to develop, implement, and improve marketing initiatives across digital, social media, traditional marketing, and community outreach. This isn't a position where you'll simply maintain an existing marketing program; that's just part of it. We want someone who will also brings ideas to the table, help establish effective marketing processes, put those ideas into action, measure what works, and continually look for ways to improve our results.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work directly with the Owner and Sales Team to develop and execute marketing strategies that support company growth and sales objectives. Manage the company's social media presence, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other appropriate platforms. Develop engaging content showcasing our projects, capabilities, employees, company culture, and customer successes. Maintain and organize our photo library, project portfolio, marketing materials, and other brand assets. Maintain website content and updates. Develop and coordinate email, digital, print, and traditional marketing campaigns. Create or coordinate sales presentations, promotional materials, signage, and branded merchandise. Identify community events, partnerships, networking opportunities, and other ways to increase local awareness of the company. Implement proven marketing programs while also bringing forward new ideas and opportunities.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're looking for someone who understands that successful marketing requires both good ideas and good execution . You should be comfortable developing a concept one day and rolling up your sleeves to make it happen the next.
The right person will be:
Creative and willing to bring new ideas to the table. Self-motivated and comfortable taking ownership of projects. Organized and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong follow-through. Comfortable working collaboratively with ownership, sales, and other team members. Interested in understanding our customers and what drives new business. Curious about marketing results and willing to adjust strategies based on what works. Positive, dependable, and interested in growing with the company. SKILLS Working knowledge of marketing fundamentals. Understanding of digital, social media, email, web, and traditional marketing. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar creative tools is preferred. Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other digital platforms. Familiarity with Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media analytics, and digital advertising is a plus. Photography and basic video/content creation skills are a plus.
EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION
5+ years of either experience or formal education in marketing, communications, social media, business development, or a related field is preferred. We value demonstrated ability, creativity, initiative, and willingness to learn as much as formal education. Portfolio is desired but not required.
