This position provides support across a variety of functions, including graphic design, content creation, project coordination, purchasing, inventory management, event support, and data tracking. The Marketing Coordinator plays an important role in keeping projects, materials, information, and departmental priorities organized and moving forward. Responsibilities may shift based on departmental and organizational needs, requiring a high degree of organization, adaptability, initiative, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate is dependable, flexible, proactive, and comfortable taking on a variety of assignments while maintaining accuracy, meeting deadlines, and communicating effectively. What You'll Do Create and edit flyers, social media graphics, presentations, signage, website content, and other marketing materials. Help ensure materials follow established brand standards and messaging. Assist with marketing campaigns, public information efforts, community outreach, and special projects. Draft, edit, and format internal and external communications. Support social media content creation, scheduling, and updates. Assist with event planning, preparation, setup, and coordination. Maintain project trackers, calendars, files, records, and timelines. Track marketing activities and assist with compiling data and reports. Coordinate orders with vendors and monitor production, quality, and delivery. Maintain inventory of promotional materials, supplies, and other assigned items. Coordinate operator uniform ordering, inventory, distribution, and recordkeeping. Follow up on projects, requests, orders, and deliverables to help keep work on schedule. Provide administrative and project support to the Director of Marketing & Community Engagement. Assist with other marketing, communications, outreach, and organizational priorities as needs arise. What We're Looking For Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and changing priorities. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Creative thinking with an eye for clean, professional design. Initiative and the ability to work independently while also being part of a team. Strong follow-through and a proactive approach to solving problems. Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Dependability and regular, reliable attendance. Willingness to learn, adapt, and take on new responsibilities as departmental needs evolve. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Experience in marketing, communications, project coordination, administrative support, or a related field preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar graphic design platforms preferred.
