As a Senior Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for planning and executing marketing initiatives across the brands Framebrand supports, including Signal, Filtergo, and Next In Leadership. You develop marketing campaigns and content, support franchise owners with their marketing needs, manage online reputation efforts, and create marketing resources that strengthen our brands and help franchise owners succeed. What You'll Do in This Role. Serve as the primary marketing contact for franchise owners by providing marketing guidance, developing materials, and fulfilling marketing requests that support their local business. Recommend marketing strategies and tactics that help franchise owners achieve their business goals. Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns and promotional initiatives. Develop social media content and manage social media channels across all brands. Create marketing content and copy for emails, websites, social media, sales materials, podcasts, and other marketing channels. Manage Google Business Profiles and support online reputation management by maintaining accurate business information and helping franchise owners respond to customer reviews. Create and update marketing collateral, presentations, social graphics, and other branded materials while maintaining brand standards. Assist with the planning, promotion, and content development for the Next In Leadership podcast and related initiatives. Develop scalable marketing resources and templates that can be used across multiple brands. Qualifications/Skills. Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field. 3-5 years of marketing experience. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. Familiarity with social media platforms and content planning. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva. Experience with HubSpot or another CRM/marketing automation platform preferred. Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to effectively support and educate franchise owners. Ability to establish collaborative working relationships with management, colleagues, franchise owners and their staff. Strong attention to detail and commitment to brand consistency and quality. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment. Must be able to pass a background check including Motor Vehicle Report. The Office Environment:
As part of the company, you can expect to work in a standard office setting where there is a positive team atmosphere. Our office is a collaborative space where cross-department projects are frequent. Occasional overtime may be required as business needs dictate. You will have exposure to moderate noise levels and on occasion outside weather conditions (walking between buildings, networking events).
