Job Description

The Role, Tuned Up Gunstock Mountain Resort is hiring a Seasonal, onsite Retail Sales Support teammate in Gilford, NH to keep our skisport shop running smoothly as winter ramps up. This entry-level role exists to make sure the floor stays organized, product is ready to sell, and guests get quick, friendly help when they're gearing up. Key responsibilities include supporting store operations, maintaining accurate product presentation, and helping guests complete purchases. Your Shift Flow You'll clock in, check what just arrived, and jump into receiving-opening boxes, sorting items, and getting product where it needs to be. As the shop picks up, you'll keep shelves and displays looking sharp, re-fold and re-face merchandise, and make quick adjustments so guests can find what they came for. When it's busy, you'll hop on the register, ring through purchases, and keep lines moving so people can get back to the snow. Between rushes, you'll tidy, restock, and prep for the next wave as the season builds.
Required skills/qualifications:
Good with people and comfortable assisting a steady flow of guests Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things organized Able to learn and use a point-of-sale system Schedule starts a couple days per week (e.g., Wed/Thu or Wed/Fri) and builds toward ~35 hours/week; weekend availability is required once winter hits.
