Marketing Coordinator Location:
On-site, Londonderry, NH Position Overview The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for creating marketing content and supporting the execution of company marketing initiatives. This role plays a key part in bringing department goals to life by producing engaging content, assisting with marketing campaigns, coordinating company events, and helping execute projects that drive company growth, recruiting, retention, agent success, and brand awareness. The ideal candidate is creative, organized, collaborative, and passionate about content creation across digital, print, email, social media, video, and AI-powered marketing platforms. They are proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to contribute ideas that improve marketing efforts and department efficiency. Key Responsibilities Create engaging marketing content for digital, print, email, social media, presentations, video, and in-office marketing initiatives. Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing strategies and department initiatives that support company growth, recruiting, retention, agent success, and brand objectives. Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels. Develop graphics, videos, presentations, and other marketing materials using Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud, Premiere Pro, CapCut, or similar platforms. Write and edit marketing copy for email campaigns, social media, newsletters, websites, recruiting materials, and company communications. Utilize AI-powered tools to streamline content creation, improve workflows, generate ideas, and enhance marketing efficiency. Coordinate company events, sponsorships, and promotional initiatives, including vendor communication, marketing materials, and event support. Provide recommendations for improving content, engagement, and campaign effectiveness. Stay current on marketing trends, AI tools, social media platforms, and emerging technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team. Support additional marketing projects and initiatives as needed. Qualifications & Skills 2-3+ years of hands-on marketing experience, ideally in real estate or a related field. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience). Proficiency in Canva and Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign). Proficiency with AI-powered tools and the ability to leverage AI to enhance marketing workflows, improve operational efficiency, streamline processes, support content creation, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement. Strong project management and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Experience coordinating vendors, events, and sponsorships. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Utilizes direct communication; calls over solely relying on email communications to quickly complete tasks and build strong relationships. Experience with ClickUp, Klaviyo, or similar project management and marketing automation platforms preferred Creative, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple projects in a collaborative environment. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
