Business Development Center Representative

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Business Development Center Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential customers, playing a crucial part in driving sales and enhancing customer experience. Your ability to provide exceptional customer service will help foster long-term relationships and contribute to the overall success of our business. Responsibilities Engage with potential customers through various communication channels to generate leads and schedule appointments. Setting appts based off our timeframes and allowing room for repairs Maintain accurate records of interactions with customers in the CRM system. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly. Organize daily tasks efficiently to maximize productivity and meet targets. Skills Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with customers professionally. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Experience in customer service roles, demonstrating a commitment to client satisfaction. Familiarity with outside sales or retail sales environments is a plus.
