The marketing coordinator will assist the Director of Marketing and work closely with DMR's management and technical staff to advance new business and communications programs. This position is on-site at DMR Architects' office in Hasbrouck Heights, NJ. Key Responsibilities Write, design and manage proposal submissions for new business, including: o Writing, editing and designing creative marketing collateral required to provide a successful proposal. o Overseeing all logistical components, including ensuring timely completion, delivery and adherence to a strict list of requirements. Design and manage new business portfolios and presentations, including basic graphic design skills and adherence to existing brand standards. Maintain records and documents, including data entry into CRM (Deltek Vantagepoint). Utilize data to research and inform decisions. Organize and maintain firm certifications and documents, including legal and business forms. Provide a supporting role on other marketing and communications efforts such as public relations, website maintenance, social media, award submissions, project photography, conference attendance and other miscellaneous tasks. Required Skills/Experience Ability to digest ambiguous or complex tasks and independently plan, organize, and strategize an approach. Pay attention to and remember details; handle multiple assignments concurrently; and think critically. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Basic graphic design skills, including knowledge of layout and adhering to existing brand standards. Ability to work independently and efficiently while under a strict deadline. Knowledge of Microsoft Office. Knowledge of Adobe InDesign. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role. Education A Bachelor's degree in communications, journalism, media or public relations is preferred.
