Customer Enrollment Assistant:

Engage face to face with customers to promote Verizon services and complete enrollment transactions Provide professional customer service while explaining product features and promotions as a Customer Enrollment Assistant Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate service solutions Assist customers with service activations, upgrades and account maintenance Work with the Customer Enrollment Assistant team and management to achieve company sales goals Build relationships that increase enrollment opportunities and strengthen customer loyalty

Qualifications:

Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S Strong communication skills and confidence in customer facing roles A positive attitude and motivation to grow as a Customer Enrollment Assistant Our company provides hands-on training and mentorship so that every Customer Enrollment Assistant can develop strong abilities; improve customer satisfaction, and build a successful career working with Verizon products and services.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
