Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and motivated Business Development Center Representative to join our dynamic sales team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective clients and existing customers, driving growth through proactive outreach and exceptional customer service. Your enthusiasm, communication skills, and sales expertise will help expand our market presence, build lasting relationships, and support our overall business objectives. Responsibilities Engage with potential clients through outbound calls, cold calling, and follow-up communications to generate new business opportunities. Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline by tracking leads, prospects, and customer interactions using CRM software. Conduct B2B (business-to-business) sales efforts, presenting tailored solutions that meet client needs and demonstrate value. Negotiate deals effectively by understanding client requirements, overcoming objections, and closing high-end sales with confidence. Support the sales process by upselling additional products or services to existing customers, maximizing revenue opportunities. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement outreach strategies that enhance brand visibility and attract new clients. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory management to ensure organized workflow and accurate reporting. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, retail sales, or dealership environments with a strong understanding of automobile sales or inventory control preferred. Excellent negotiation skills combined with outstanding communication abilities in multiple languages (bilingual/multilingual capabilities are a plus). Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze performance metrics. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Demonstrated success in outbound sales, cold calling, upselling, and customer service roles. Knowledge of automotive inventory management, retail math, and retail psychology enhances effectiveness in this role. Exceptional phone etiquette and public speaking skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.
