Live Seller Stienhardt & Stones Rutherford, NJ Job Details Part-time | Full-time From $25 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Spanish Call center experience E-commerce Door-to-door Jewelry sales Full Job Description About the role We sell diamonds and fine jewelry live on TikTok Shop, running auction-format streams for a national audience. We're hiring a Live Seller to host those streams on camera, on mic, moving real inventory in real time. This is a high-volume sales job that happens to be on camera. You'll run auctions back to back for a full 4-hour show, hold an audience, answer questions on the fly, and close. If you have retail or phone sales experience and you're comfortable being the loudest person in the room, this converts well. What you'll do Host live auction streams on TikTok Shop, selling diamond and fine jewelry inventory Present each piece accurately: metal, karat, stone size, color, clarity, cut, certification Drive bidding pace, work the comment section, and answer buyer questions live Hit per-stream GMV targets and keep sell-through moving on assigned inventory Handle inventory intake and staging before each stream; reconcile after Coordinate with the merchandising and fulfillment team on what runs and when Follow platform policy and our final-sale auction terms on every stream What we're looking for High energy you can sustain for a full show — this is 4 straight hours of talking, not 45 minutes Sales background: retail, live selling, call center, car sales, door-to-door, hosting — anything where you closed volume Comfortable on camera and quick on your feet with hecklers, lowballers, and repeat questions Reliable and on time; streams run on a fixed schedule and can't start without a host Able to learn diamond and metal specs cold and speak to them accurately Available for on-site work in the Diamond District, 4 days/week Nice to have Prior TikTok Live, Whatnot, or eBay Live selling experience Existing familiarity with the 4Cs, lab-grown vs. natural, and gold purity marks Experience with a livestream setup: lighting, mic, camera, macro shots of stones Bilingual (Spanish a plus) Compensation details Hourly base plus 1% commission on net
