We're growing, and we're looking for a sharp, driven Marketing Coordinator to join our on-site team and help take our brand to the next level across every platform. What You'll Do Own and manage our content calendar — planning, scheduling, and publishing across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shoot, edit, and produce video and static content ready to post — Reels, Stories, feed posts, and long-form Build, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads and Google Ads Monitor and grow our Google Business Profile and local SEO presence Track performance across all channels using GA4, Search Console, and platform-native analytics — and report results to leadership with clear KPIs tied to bookings and revenue Advise on budget allocation in marketing meetings with leadership Execute email marketing campaigns Monitor competitor activity and industry trends, integrating relevant trends into our brand identity without compromising it Identify and pursue influencer and partnership opportunities that align with our HNWI clientele Manage inbound inquiries and leads coming through social channels Represent NYNJ at local chamber of commerce networking events Maintain brand consistency across every platform and every piece of content we put out What We're Looking For Proven experience in social media management across TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube Hands-on content creation skills — you can pick up a camera, shoot, and deliver a finished edit Working knowledge of SEO principles and local search Experience running paid media campaigns with measurable results Familiarity with email marketing platforms and CRM tools Strong copywriting skills — you understand brand voice and can write captions, ad copy, and campaign messaging that doesn't sound generic Comfort using AI tools to accelerate content ideation and production Experience marketing to or working with high-net-worth individuals or luxury brands is a strong plus Wix CMS familiarity is a plus Must be available to post on social media on weekends as needed Why NYNJ On-site role at one of the most active private aviation facilities in the Northeast Work alongside an established team in a fast-moving, high-end industry Real ownership of marketing output with direct visibility to leadership A clientele that demands quality — which means the work you produce actually matters To Apply Submit your resume and a portfolio or samples of content you've created.
