Tru Impact Marketing is growing our team in Las Vegas and looking for motivated, outgoing people to represent the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation at community events and pop-ups around the valley. No experience needed — we provide full paid training. What You'll Do Represent the Autism Spectrum Disorder Foundation at local events and pop-up locations Talk with people face-to-face, share the foundation's mission, and encourage donations or sign-ups Answer questions about the organization's work and how donations help Work with your team to hit weekly fundraising goals Set up and break down event booths and materials Keep track of donor sign-ups and results each shift What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys talking to new people Self-motivated, coachable, and a team player Comfortable being on your feet in a busy event environment Available full-time, including some weekends Valid driver's license required Sales, retail, or fundraising experience helpful but not required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation $800-$1,200/week ($12/hour) base pay, paid weekly — guaranteed weekly earnings, not commission only Performance bonuses on top of base pay Full paid training Leadership opportunities — we promote from within Employee perks and discounts Work Location Fully in-person, working at events and pop-up locations across Las Vegas.
