As a Member Experience Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for Kiln members and event guests at The Assembly, responsible for ensuring the space operates smoothly and delivers a top-tier member experience. You'll support the Community Director by managing operations, facilitating communication, and providing administrative assistance to help Kiln's community thrive. This role typically requires 20 hours per week.Goals and Objectives:
Embody Kiln's mission and core values through exceptional service. Build and maintain a welcoming, collaborative community environment. Support operations to ensure the space is organized, clean, and fully functional. Promote Kiln's services and offerings while driving member engagement. As anAfter-Hours Experience Associate, You Will:
Cheerful and friendly greeting of team members, Kiln members, and guests Serve as a point of contact for event attendees, vendors, and staff during events Assist with the setup and operation of audio-visual equipment, including microphones, projectors, and sound systems Ensure a high level of customer service, addressing any guest inquiries regarding Kiln, the space, or membership options Provide feedback and suggestions for future event improvements based on observations and attendee feedback Participate in the teardown and cleanup of event spaces after the event ends and ensure all attendees have exited the building May be included in special projects for operations teamAs An After-Hours Experience Associate, You'll Need:
Partial completion of a college degree preferred, not required. Office management or administrative experience Customer service or support experience Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills Demonstrates integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, follow through and empathy Passion for entrepreneurial communities Passion and understanding for Kiln's mission and values Proficient in basic computer skills.Personal Qualities:
