Marketing Coordinator

Overview:

Marketing Coordinator It is the responsibility of the Casino Marketing Coordinator to follow and carry out the requests of the Casino Host/Player Development Executive to create a memorable trip for our casino guests.

Responsibilities:

Process hotel, limo, show, cabana, golf, restaurant, amenity, etc reservations Update and send daily Limo, Room Food Beverage/Room Food Limited, & VIP reports Post outside show charges onto guests folios Assist Casino Host/ Player Development Executive via email and phone throughout the day with various requests for casino guests Interact with various departments Box office, VIP, Room Service, etc. Perform other duties and responsibilities as requested

Qualifications:

Excellent customer service skills required Availability to work varied shifts including nights, holidays, and weekends. Analytical, problem solving, administrative, multi-tasking, organization and prioritization skills. Ability to work in a fast paced and stressful environment Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written), fluent English and articulate Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications required Minimum age requirement is 21.
