The Under Armour Rookie Program Internship is designed to give you the opportunity to learn, grow, and work on real business challenges. As a Rookie, you will be trusted with a strategic project that challenges you to think critically, collaborate cross‑functionally, and create impact. What Will You Experience? Throughout the internship, you will gain a holistic understanding of how a global sports brand operates, combining business exposure, structured learning, and real‑world application: Strategic project ownership Go-To-Market, Commercial, Retail, and Sports exposure Mentorship and guidance by industry experts Cross-functional and international collaboration Development opportunities, workshops, and fun internal events
