Corporate Partnership Game Day Intern

Summary This position will work with the Buffalo Sabres Corporate Partnership department to assist in the daily operations of our partnerships on game nights and events. This includes but is not limited to: game day activations, partner events and Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits organization events. Duties & Responsibilities Prepare and assist with any on-site (KeyBank Center) and off-site partnership events. Perform various tasks pertaining to Buffalo Sabres and Buffalo Bandits game days. Track fulfillment of partnership assets on game days across in-arena, broadcast and digital platforms. Assist with data entry and communicating information to appropriate parties. Manage multiple department projects as needed. Assist with sponsor promotions and contest fulfillment. Maintains a high level of confidentiality and professionalism. Position:

Candidate must be at least 18 years of age Pursuing or completed a degree in Business Management, Sport Management or a similar field Available to work evening, weekend, holiday hours as needed Critical Competencies Superior communication skills and strong attention to detail Ability to work and collaborate in a team environment Ability to organize and prioritize work while working independently Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment Strong desire to pursue a career in sports partnership Internship Program Benefits Monthly Professional Development Workshops focused on department overviews, workplace skills, and industry insights. This is a part-time role and must have the flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, weekends and holidays. This is a temporary position for the 2026-2027 season. Work Environment & Physical Demands. This internship operates in both an office setting and in a live events setting. Live event coverage does consist of being around loud stadium noises and crowds. Candidate must be able to perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving boxes up to 20 pounds.
