Field Marketer

Overview Join our dynamic team at Wavecrest Assisted Living as a Field Marketer and be at the forefront of driving business growth through strategic outreach and relationship building. In this energetic role, you will actively engage with potential clients and patients/residents, promote our facility, and develop new business opportunities in your assigned territory. Your enthusiasm and proactive approach will help us expand our market presence. We are looking for a marketer who can build relationships with the community and retrieve admissions to build Wavecrest Assisted Living resident count and continue to bring in. Duties Conduct outbound calling campaigns to identify and qualify potential residents, utilizing warm calling techniques to establish rapport and interest Engage in face-to-face marketing activities at various locations to promote our facility and bring in referrals for potential residents. Go to nursing homes, shelters, and commuity facilities to find potential residents to admit to our facility. Develop and maintain strong relationships with B2B (business-to-business) clients through consistent communication and personalized service Hit a quota for resident admissions and build a wait list. Collaborate with internal teams on marketing strategies. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities for growth and expansion Requirements Proven experience marketing and building business growth Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to clearly articulate the facility and it's community Demonstrated success in inside sales, outbound calling, or business development roles Familiarity with assisted living, nursing home, and/or resident care facilities. Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills Ability to work independently in the field while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism. Ability to commute throughout the area and have a car. Knowledge of marketing principles and experience in warm calling techniques are highly desirable This role is perfect for energetic professionals eager to make an impact through strategic marketing efforts. Pay:

$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
