•This position is for NYC residents only•Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to elevate our online presence and drive impactful marketing campaigns. In this role, you will develop, implement, and optimize digital marketing strategies across multiple channels to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and boost sales. Duties Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies utilizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and performance marketing techniques to maximize online visibility. Manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads (including Google AdWords), Facebook Advertising, and other social media channels to ensure high ROI. Conduct keyword research using SEO tools to identify opportunities for organic growth and content optimization. Create engaging content for websites, blogs, email campaigns, and social media platforms that aligns with brand voice and marketing goals. Utilize content management systems like WordPress to update website content and improve user experience. Analyze website traffic and campaign performance using Google Analytics and other analytics tools to inform ongoing strategy adjustments. Implement conversion optimization tactics through A/B testing, landing page improvements, and marketing automation tools to increase lead generation and sales conversions. Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visual content creation that enhances campaign effectiveness. Manage social media accounts by scheduling posts, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media management tools for consistent brand messaging. Support e-commerce initiatives by integrating SEO best practices, optimizing product listings, and tracking sales performance metrics. Requirements Proven experience in digital marketing with a strong understanding of SEO tools, SEM strategies, Google Ads, Facebook Advertising, and analytics platforms like Google Analytics. Proficiency in website management using WordPress or similar content management systems; familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript is a plus. Skilled in content creation including copywriting for various digital formats and graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite. Knowledge of marketing automation platforms and email marketing tools to streamline campaigns effectively. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data from multiple sources such as SQL databases or analytics dashboards to inform decision-making. Experience in social media management across diverse platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook. Familiarity with B2B marketing strategies and e-commerce best practices is preferred. Excellent communication skills combined with a proactive approach to project management and teamwork.
