  • This role has a base salary up to $60K plus unlimited commissions.
..You are expected to go onsite for client visits. They are seeking a high-performing, strategic Sales Executive to drive revenue growth across a diverse portfolio of media products, including digital, programmatic, print, newspapers, lifestyle magazines, and food & wine event sponsorships. This role is ideal for a consultative seller who thrives on building relationships, developing integrated campaigns, and delivering measurable results for clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Revenue Growth:
    Consistently meet and exceed sales targets across multiple platforms, including digital, print, and events.
  • Integrated Sales Strategy:
    Develop and sell multi-channel marketing solutions that combine digital (display, programmatic, email, social), print publications, and experiential/event sponsorships.
  • Client Development:
    Prospect, pitch, and close new business while growing and retaining an existing book of business.
  • Consultative Selling:
    Understand client objectives and translate them into customized media strategies that deliver ROI.
  • Programmatic & Digital Expertise:
    Leverage knowledge of programmatic advertising, audience targeting, and analytics to create effective campaigns.
  • Event Sponsorship Sales:
    Identify and secure sponsors for high-profile live events, including crafting compelling sponsorship packages.
  • Collaboration:
    Work closely with marketing, editorial, and operations teams to execute campaigns and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Market Intelligence:
    Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging advertising technologies.
  • Reporting & Forecasting:
    Maintain accurate pipeline reporting, revenue forecasts, and daily CRM activity. Qualifications
  • 5+ years of media sales experience, preferably across digital and print
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising, including programmatic and audience-based buying
  • Experience selling event sponsorships and integrated marketing campaigns
  • Excellent presentation and closing skills
  • Ability to build relationships with senior-level decision-makers
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with strong organizational skills
  • Proficiency with CRM tools and sales reporting platforms Preferred Skills
  • Experience in local or regional media markets
  • Knowledge of lifestyle brands and community-based publications
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms and campaign performance metrics What Success Looks Like
