Full-time, in-person (Long Island City, NY) Now Hiring We're opening a new hiring class on our Long Island City sales floor and bringing on 50-100 Business Funding Sales Associates over the coming months. We're a direct capital partner to small and mid-sized businesses across the country, funding deals through a network of 40+ private lenders. Our family of platforms includes Biz-Lending.com, Family-Fund.com, GoldinCap.com, and 19 others — placing us among the top business funding desks in the country. The Role You'll be on the phones with business owners nationwide — presenting funding options, qualifying deals, and walking prospects through the application. You're not working alone; our senior closers and funding team work alongside you on every deal.

Day-to-day:

Engaging business owners by phone, email, and SMS Qualifying deals and gathering documentation Following up consistently across the deal cycle Working hand-in-hand with our senior closers and underwriting team Earnings Compensation is 100% commission with no cap. New representatives on our floor typically earn $3,000 to $40,000 per month, depending on effort and how quickly they ramp Our top producer last year earned over $750,000 in his fifth year on the desk — he started as a delivery driver Residual income, monthly bonuses, and performance incentives on top of base commission Training & Growth Full on-the-job training — no prior sales experience required Hands-on mentorship from our senior closers from day one Hot inbound leads, proven scripts, and a modern dialing stack Travel covered for the first two months while you ramp Clear promotion path to senior closer, team lead, and floor manager Who Does Well Here Coachable — runs a script as written and adjusts on feedback Disciplined — high call volume and relentless follow-up are the job Comfortable on the phone with business owners Thick-skinned and consistent Available full-time, in-person, Monday through
