Farmers Market/Festival Booth Attendant

We sell bread and pastries at farmers markets, street fairs, festivals and events all over the Northeast. We are based out of North Rockland, NY. The hours of the job vary. Farmers markets are more predictable, with typical market hours of about 9-1; however, you are paid for more than just the time at the market, including loading, travel, and setup. Some large events, fairs or festivals can be much longer. It depends on what your specific assignment is for the day. Your payment is also entirely dependent on your assignment - distance traveled, total time worked (including driving and pickup), and intensity of labor are all considered in your payment.

The job is as follows:

You are to come to our facility in the morning, pick up the equipment and product, go to the designated location of the market/event and sell the product for the duration of the event, then come back. The pay comes out to about $25+/hour, cash. The minimum you would pretty much make would be $200. That would be for a regular small market that is about thirty minutes to an hour away. Some markets or events could reach upwards of $600. It all depends on what you are doing. We operate year round, Weekdays and weekends. A car is required.
