Job Description

Corporate Activation Intern Job Description Job Description:
The Corporate Activation Intern will work under the direction of the Vice President of Corporate Partnerships and the Senior Corporate Partnerships and Programs Manager and will assist in activities for the Crunch organization related to the activation and reporting of current corporate partners.
Objective/Goals:
The intern will obtain various skills through hands-on experience and will be taught how to execute game day sponsor deliverables along with helping set-up and attend special corporate partner events.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activating sponsorship contracts Research potential sponsors Collaborate on sponsor recaps and renewals Update sponsor documents, including mailing lists, email mergers and inventory sheets Maintain up-to-date spreadsheets and documents for recaps Track sponsor advertisements and in-arena activations during Crunch home games Provide excellent customer service to Crunch partners and the fan base Work home games and events as necessary Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Enrolled undergraduate or graduate level student pursuing a degree in sport management, marketing, communications, business or related field Strong creative, organizational, written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Time:
Duration of the 2026-27 Syracuse Crunch season One to two days in the office per week (negotiable) All Syracuse Crunch home games Additional team events (annual holiday party, community events, etc.) as needed
Compensation:
This is a non-paid internship. When negotiated with each individual college, credit will be granted. There is parking reimbursement.
