  • Training Provided About the Role We are looking for an energetic and organized Marketing Event Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, creating positive customer experiences, and developing skills in marketing, event coordination, and business leadership. The Marketing Event Coordinator will support and represent client marketing campaigns through face-to-face events, retail activations, community outreach, and customer engagement initiatives. No previous marketing or event experience is required. We provide hands-on training in event marketing, customer engagement, communication, campaign execution, and leadership development. Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with planning and executing promotional marketing events
  • Represent clients and brands professionally at retail and community events
  • Engage with customers and create positive brand experiences
  • Educate customers about products, services, and promotions
  • Help coordinate event setup, customer flow, materials, and daily activities
  • Support customer acquisition and brand-awareness campaigns
  • Communicate event goals and expectations with team members
  • Track customer interactions and campaign results
  • Participate in team meetings, coaching, and professional development
  • Help identify opportunities to improve event performance
  • Take on additional responsibilities as skills and performance develop What We're Looking For
