Description:
Can you confidently ski or ride every corner of the mountain? Do you love being the first one on the snow, getting your turns in before the crowds arrive? We're looking for a well-organized, hands-on Marketing Coordinator to help run the day-to-day at Windham Mountain Club. You'll keep communications, logistics, and projects moving day-to-day, while owning one of the most visible parts of the winter season: our daily snow report and on-mountain content. This role is part project coordinator, part storyteller. In the winter, you'll be up early reporting snow conditions and capturing content. Year-round, you're the person marketing and operations count on to keep things organized, on schedule, and running smoothly.
Work Location:
Windham, NY (In-Person) This is a Full-Time Year-Round benefit eligible position. 30-40 hours per week. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

24-26 per hour

Must be able to get to and from work consistently and reliably in challenging weather conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
Support operational communications across all resort functions and departments. Create and distribute daily snow reports, working closely with Mountain Operations to provide accurate, real-time snow and safety information. Manage projects, timelines, and cross-department coordination for marketing requests. Oversee resort signage, including production, installation, compliance documentation, and ongoing property inspections. Assist with website updates, digital asset management, and SEO-focused content improvements. Support the coordination of photoshoots, influencer visits, VIP experiences, and special events. Complete administrative tasks including ordering and tracking supplies, organizing materials, and maintaining department preparedness. Provide event coverage, promotional support, and on-mountain content capture. Support content creation through copywriting, photography, videography, and promotional materials. Support marketing department with other varying tasks. Job Qualifications & Physical Requirements Marketing or related experience required Hospitality experience preferred. Strong written, verbal, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Adaptable team player with strong problem-solving abilities. Expert-level skiing and/or snowboarding ability required. Basic photography skills while skiing or snowboarding preferred. Adobe, Figma, and/or WordPress experience or related preferred. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs., remain active for extended periods, and work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including winter environments.
