Events Associate

No previous events experience? That's completely okay. We're looking for enthusiastic, dependable people who enjoy working with others, staying active, and helping create great experiences for guests. If you're friendly, organized, and willing to learn, we'll provide the training and support to help you succeed. What You'll Be Doing Assist with event setup, guest check-in, and front-of-house support Welcome attendees and provide a positive, professional customer experience Help coordinate event activities and ensure everything runs smoothly during service Support with ticket scanning, seating guidance, and answering guest questions Maintain clean, organized event spaces throughout shifts Restock event materials and communicate any supply needs to supervisors Work closely with the wider events team during busy periods and large functions Assist with pack-down and resetting spaces after events when required Who We're Looking For Friendly, outgoing, and confident speaking with people Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments Able to stay professional and calm during busy periods Flexible and willing to help wherever needed Previous experience in events, retail, hospitality, customer service, or promotions is helpful but not required Schedule & Hours Full-time and part-time opportunities available Flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays Additional hours available during peak event seasons Scheduling designed around availability where possible What's In It For You Competitive hourly pay Paid training provided from day one Flexible scheduling options Fun, social, and team-focused work environment Opportunities to gain hands-on experience in the events and hospitality industry Potential for progression into senior event or coordinator roles How to Apply Apply through Indeed with your resume or brief work history.
