Marketing Coordinator

This role will be responsible for assisting with a variety of marketing, advertising, social media and digital projects as assigned by the Marketing Director. This is an onsite position located in Elyria, OH.

Essential Functions:

• Experience understanding and managing brand identity from idealization through completion of print and online materials.
• Maintain and update product pages in WordPress/similar CMS
• Upload and organize images, spec sheets, and marketing files
• Prepare and export graphics using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Assist with basic edits to existing designs and layouts
• Support light video editing and exporting (Premiere Pro or similar; not required but strong plus) or assisting with the production of videos
• Assist with email campaigns, promotions and social media post scheduling
• Analyze social media analytic tools to understand consumer impressions and make suggestions on marketing campaigns.
• Perform quality checks and ensure accuracy before content goes live
• Coordinate with internal teams to gather missing assets or information

Experience and Education:

• HS Diploma or GED with a minimum of 3 years in similar role.
• Associates or bachelor's degree in marketing, Digital Design or related preferred.
• Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator and Photoshop required)
• Experience with WordPress or similar CMS
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions
• Ability to manage tasks independently and see them through to completion
• Basic video editing experience
• B2B, Manufacturing, or technical product experience preferred

$19.00 - $25.00 per hour
