Job Description

Conduct timely outreach (phone, email) to qualify leads using established criteria including budget, authority, need, and timeline (BANT).Accurately categorize and route qualified leads to the appropriate BDE or SME with full context and handoff notes.
Maintain response SLAs and ensure no inbound inquiry goes unaddressed.
Track all lead interactions, qualification notes, and disposition outcomes in HubSpot. CRM Administration & Data Management Own day-to-day management and hygiene of the HubSpot CRM, including contact records, deal stages, and pipeline reporting.
Develop and enforce data entry standards to maintain lead data accuracy and completeness.
Identify and resolve duplicate records, data gaps, and contact enrichment opportunities.
Build and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into inbound lead volume, conversion rates, and pipeline health. Marketing Support & Inbound Initiative Assistance Support the planning and execution of marketing initiatives designed to generate inbound leads, including webinars, email campaigns, and content promotions.
Assist with list-building, segmentation, and audience targeting for outbound marketing campaigns.
Build and optimize HubSpot workflows and sequences that automate lead nurturing, follow-up reminders, and internal routing notifications.
Provide post-campaign lead intake support, ensuring timely follow-up on all marketing-generated contacts.
Experience in a B2B professional services, engineering, or technical services environment is preferred.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, fall protection, or workplace safety concepts is preferred.
Hands-on experience building HubSpot workflows, sequences, or lead scoring logic.
Exposure to marketing campaign execution, webinar coordination, or content promotionStrong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to represent LJB professionally in every touchpointHighly organized with a track record of managing multiple priorities successfully.

Compensation:
$42,000-60,000 based upon experience, certifications, and regional market standards. This role is eligible for performance-based incentives.Benefit Information:

GROWTH ENABLEMENT COORDINATOR ESSENTIAL CREDENTIALS
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.Qualifications:
2-4 years of experience in a business development, inside sales, or sales operations role is required.Experience in a B2B professional services, engineering, or technical services environment is preferred.
Familiarity with OSHA regulations, fall protection, or workplace safety concepts is preferred.
