Full Job Description Position Summary:
The Marketing Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the execution of marketing initiatives across the organization. This position works cross-functionally within the marketing team and serves as a central point of coordination for projects, content development, and internal requests. The role is designed for a highly organized, adaptable professional who can manage multiple priorities while helping ensure projects move forward efficiently and on time.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Support the execution of marketing campaigns from initial briefing through delivery, coordinating timelines, assets, and stakeholders Draft, edit, and proofread content across a variety of formats, including email, social media, presentations, and internal materials Serve as a central point of contact for day-to-day marketing requests, triaging and routing to appropriate team members Collaborate with marketing team members across content, design, digital, and brand to ensure timely and effective project delivery Maintain and organize marketing assets, calendars, and documentation to support team efficiency and consistency Monitor project and campaign progress, proactively identifying and communicating potential delays or challenges Cross-train across marketing functions to build broad organizational knowledge and provide support where needed Assist with reporting by gathering data, formatting dashboards, and compiling performance summaries Directions Credit Union is an
