We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our local team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service and retail sales, demonstrating exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for providing outstanding service, assisting customers in their purchasing decisions, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Duties Manage existing client accounts to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits. Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Collaborate with the sales management team to strategize sales initiatives. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities to inform product development and marketing strategies. Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques. Requirements Proven experience in account management or inside sales is preferred. Clean driving record and background check. Ability to negotiate effectively while maintaining positive customer relationships. Ability to conduct effective product demos that engage potential clients. Excellent negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals. Familiarity with technology is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
