Our team of specialists works collaboratively to deliver the highest quality treatment, ensuring a seamless experience from diagnosis through recovery. We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented PR & Marketing Specialist to elevate our neurosurgery practice's visibility and reputation. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic communication initiatives, manage media relations, and craft compelling content that highlights our expertise. Your efforts will help foster strong community engagement, enhance public awareness, and support our mission to deliver outstanding patient care. Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, press releases, and community outreach. Cultivate and maintain media relationships to secure coverage in local and industry publications. Write, edit, and proofread press releases, articles, newsletters, and other promotional materials with precision and clarity. Serve as the primary spokesperson for the practice during public speaking engagements and media interviews. Conduct research on industry trends, patient needs, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Manage social media platforms by creating engaging content that promotes our services and highlights patient success stories. Coordinate with clinical staff to gather accurate information for communication materials while adhering to AP style guidelines for consistency. Proven experience in public relations, marketing, journalism or related fields with a strong portfolio of writing samples. Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—with the ability to engage diverse audiences effectively. Strong research skills to identify opportunities for outreach and content development. Proficiency in media relations, social media management, editing, proofreading, and press release writing. Ability to deliver compelling presentations with confidence in public speaking settings. Knowledge of AP style standards for clear and professional writing. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
